CWQ is a model collective for plus-size women who are ready to take up space in front of the camera, on the runway, in the community, and in their own lives. We're not asking for a seat at the table. We're building our own.
This isn't about being the right size. It's about being in the right room and owning every inch of it.
What you’ll do

You are the face of CHC. You show up at pop-ups, fashion shows, and events as a living extension of the brand — confident, present, and impossible to ignore.

You help fuel CHC's social presence. Behind-the-scenes moments, outfit shots, confidence content. You create it as yourself, not a character.

Every CWQ model has access to ongoing education. Runway technique, brand building, confidence development, and more. You grow here.

CWQ models don't just represent the brand. They build it. You show up for other women in this collective the same way you show up on the runway.

From CHC fashion shows to partner events, CWQ models walk, pose, and perform in a space designed to celebrate them, not minimize them.

The CHC Ambassador and Affiliate Program is built for content creators, supporters, and women who love the brand and want to make money with it. You don't need a portfolio or a runway resume. You need a phone, a following (big doesn't matter, engaged does), and a genuine love for what CHC is about.
As an ambassador or affiliate you promote CHC in your own voice, on your own platforms, and earn commission on every sale you drive. Simple as that.
